Welcome to Jorge Limousine Seattle. By requesting a quote, booking, or using our transportation services, you agree to the following terms.
Our Services
Jorge Limousine Seattle provides private chauffeur and black car transportation in Seattle, Bellevue, the Eastside, Tacoma, and Everett, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services include airport transfers, corporate travel, wedding and event transportation, cruise port transfers, and private tours.
Quotes and Pricing
Every trip is priced individually, case by case, based on the vehicle selected, the route, and the time required. The price confirmed in your quote and invoice is the price for the trip as described. If your itinerary changes (additional stops, extra time, a different vehicle, or more passengers or luggage than booked), the price may be adjusted and will be confirmed with you before the trip.
Booking and Payment
Our booking process works as follows: you receive an invoice first by email; once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation email follows with your full reservation details. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive that confirmation email. Your assigned driver’s details are sent by email and text 2 hours before your pickup.
Flight Tracking and Flight Changes
For airport pickups, we track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, contact us as soon as possible and we will reschedule your pickup based on availability.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time and you will receive a 100% refund. To cancel or change a reservation, call (425) 534-7308 or email info@jorgelimousineseattle.com as early as possible so we can assist you.
Passengers, Luggage, and Vehicle Capacity
Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity, shown at the time of booking. For safety and comfort, we cannot carry more passengers or luggage than the booked vehicle allows. If your group or luggage exceeds the booked capacity, a larger vehicle may be required and the price adjusted accordingly.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are responsible for treating the vehicle and chauffeur with respect, and for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear caused by passengers during the trip. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Delays Outside Our Control
We plan every pickup around traffic, weather, and flight schedules, and we build in reasonable buffers. Jorge Limousine Seattle is not responsible for delays or missed connections caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, or airline schedule changes — but we will always work with you to adjust your pickup when these events occur.
Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
SMS Communications

Opt-Out Instructions

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Frequency, Rates, and Carriers
Message frequency varies based on your travel activity and service interaction.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Data Protection
